Lloyd Owers – an experienced coach with a passion for football that has taken him across the world. A qualified coach, Masters’s Degree (Performance Football Coaching) and current PhD student (Sports Coaching Sciences), Lloyd has built a career that spans both youth and senior football as well as coach education.

Lloyd is known for his dynamic coaching, as well as his ability to foster strong relationships with players and staff alike. He is committed to helping his teams achieve their goals, both on and off the pitch, and takes a holistic approach to coaching that prioritises physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Currently working as the Technical Director of the Marshall Islands, having overseen the growth of football from 0 activity in the country to now having international presence with men’s and women’s national teams, a strong, but growing, youth and adult structure and a coach education structure.
